Home inspection cost are based on .10 cents Per Square Foot
For example

Min. home inspection cost for home less than 2000 S.F. home.                              $250
 2000 S.F. home would cost $250.00
3000 S.F. home would cost $300.00
4000 S.F. home would cost $400.00

Pools  $75.00
Water wells $75.00
